I'm a Belgian football fan and I particularly enjoyed the article about British fans supporting football clubs abroad 'Over Land and Sea [FFT 171]. Far away fans from Britain are actually very familiar to me, as my favourite hometown club is the only Belgian team with its own official Scottish supporters club. My team, K. Sint-Truidense V.V. (KSTVV for short) are from the small town of Sint-Truiden in the province of Limburg, in the east of the country, close to Liège. We are currently top of the Belgian second division, after being relegated last season, ending a period of 14 seasons in the Belgian top flight. But we are still strongly supported by a bunch of football crazy guys from St Andrews and Dundee in Scotland who supoort either Dundee United or Hearts back in Scotland. They even call themselves tge Scottish Canaries, as we play in yellow and blue. Just thought you'd like to know
