With 3 minutes left Scotland added the second goal, Greame McGregor (Falkirk) scoring with a well struck shot from 12 yards after a good run and cut back from Jamie Walker (Hearts) .
Goalkeeper Hendrik Van Crombrugge was an unused substitute but Pieter Thierie played the full game at centre back and did well against a couple of big strikers.
