Also Club Brugge has a foreign supporters club When the Scottish Kanaries were formed we were the only official overseas supporters club of a Belgian football club but we have recently learnt that in the Spanish village of Altea Mascarat on the Costa Blanca there is a Club Brugge fan club that is to be officialy recognised by their clubs supporters federation on the 14th of September. Philippe Debeaussaert who is a Brugge fan and a Spanish bar owning friend formed the club after being asked to by Visiting Belgian fans and have already run a bus to a freindly game between Alicante and Club Brugge in Alicante earlier this year. Like us they will mostly follow their club via the internet and take trips three or four times a year to see their team in Belgium.
